Abstract
Persona 3 is a video game that is heavily steeped in Jungian analytical psychology. Players are encouraged and guided by the game to live a year in the life of a high school student who must also fight archetypal shadows with his classmates. Playing this game has numerous psychological benefits, and can facilitate players in their own process of individuation as explained in the works of Carl Jung.
