Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to study how to enhance collaboration within the organization by leveraging digital workplace tools and digital transformation to save time, costs, and resources. A review of relevant literature will be conducted to present the state of the art regarding digital workplace tools and digital transformation processes, aiming to identify what is currently relevant and what is lacking. The Amadori case study introduces a real-world scenario utilizing “Interacta,” a collaborative digital workplace tool. An analysis will explore how different areas within the company implemented it, the characteristics of the software, and how employees reacted to it. A survey will be employed to demonstrate the results of the methods adopted for implementing the new digital workplace tool during the internship, as well as the role employees can play in driving digital transformation.
