Wealth Distribution on Ethereum Blockchain

This project aims to identify the distribution of wealth in the Ethereum blockchain, a decentralized platform that supports smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps). The objective is precisely to identify the distribution of wealth within this platform by analyzing all the transactions present within the blockchain itself. Through this analysis, balance sheets are then constructed for each address and the analysis attempts has been made to identify investment patterns within the strategies used by users over time. The results show a Pareto distribution, with a small percentage of addresses holding the majority of the wealth. These findings provide an in-depth understanding of the economic dynamics on Ethereum and pave the way for future studies on the impact of decentralization in the distribution of digital assets.
