Abstract
The objective of this thesis is to extend and improve the architecture and functionality of an existent software framework. This software framework has the role of managing subscriptions and unsubscriptions to subscriptions services and the delivery of those services.
The new architecture introduced in this thesis will improve scalability, reliability, maintainability, delivery time and cost efficiency of the software.
Some new features will also be introduced both to improve the quality of the service itself and to store new data that could be useful for data analysis scopes.
The topic treated in this thesis is a home automation topic. More specifically the software framework under analysis belongs to an internet of things (IoT) infrastructure dedicated to remote control of thermal comfort devices.
This work is developed following micro-services architecture
