Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to highlight the development of a custom Hardware In the Loop (HIL) testbench capable of simulating some of the more important signals coming from the vehicle (and in particular the ICE). The signals are fed to an Engine Control Unit in order to validate various strategies such as display alerts and traction control. This work presents the progress made during an internship at Dallara Automobili between May and November 2021
