Integrating Agile development models with User Experience methods.

The following dissertation investigates the challenges Agile development teams face when integrating user experience design tasks in their processes with the intent of proposing a process to mitigate these issues. First, I analyze the current literature on the topic, showing the most common issues and the proposed models. Then, I analyze the process used at Balsamiq, a software development company. Using the information gathered, I propose a process to reduce the friction points an agile team might be facing.
