Abstract
The dissertation proposes a comprehensive exploration of the Product Led Growth methodology, delving into its theoretical foundations, practical applications, and strategic implications for businesses. The study begins by analyzing the core principles of PLG, exploring its historical evolution, and outlining the prerequisites for its successful adoption. It scrutinizes the transformative impact of PLG on product development and go to market strategies, offering critical insights into its potential benefits and challenges.
The study then defines a framework that translates theoretical principles into actionable steps, ensuring a systematic approach towards PLG integration. Fo- cusing on the specific case study of TeamSystem’s CRM In Cloud product, the research moves toward formulating a tailored PLG strategy. Through an in-depth evaluation of Key Performance Indicators and a meticulous analysis of the prod- uct’s online funnel, specific issues are identified, leading to the formulation of strategic goals.
The dissertation proposes short-term and long-term activities designed to solve the specific problems that have been identified and so, allowing a seamless tran- sition towards PLG for TeamSystem’s CRM In Cloud product. The research highlights the significance of iterative learning and hypothesis testing in driving product development, offering a blueprint for sustained growth.
The study ends with a conclusive assessment of the achievements and prospects of the undertaken research.
