Digitalization is essential for companies since customers are demanding for technology and for having a competitive advantage in a so competitive market . For what concerns the second part of the question, this thesis has been pursued to find a digital product that helps the company to enhance transparency, accountability of data, fast communication and share of company’s values to customers. This is possible by creating an omnichannel experience, that have been achievable by developing an application for the company’s clients. For developing this project, it has been used economic and engineering frameworks like: Personas, User Experience Map, Domain Driven Design process, UML Class Design, Microservice architecture and Site-Mapping. These frameworks have been used in a cascade manner for being able to create a prototype. By testing the application, it was possible to see that participants were able to accomplish all tasks, that they would requited to carry out during the customers’ journey. Given this successful result, it is possible to state that the application will enable the company to increase the brand value and solve customers’ needs, while increasing accountability of data and decreasing the amount of time consuming processes.
